HSE Advisor – Commercial / Multi-Res Construction $140k – $160k Super | Greater Brisbane | Permanent Privately owned builder-developer with a strong reputation across SEQ is looking to bring in a couple of HSE Advisors to support a growing pipeline of commercial and multi-residential projects (typically $30m–$100m). Well-established business with low staff turnover, tier-one aligned systems, and a genuine focus on work-life balance. Roles are site-based, Monday to Friday, with projects kept local to minimise travel. Role Site-based HSE Advisor across commercial and multi-res projects (generally $30m–$50m, up to ~$100m) Acting as the lead safety presence on site, managing subcontractors and day-to-day WHS compliance Overseeing and utilising systems such as HammerTech for reporting, audits and site processes Carrying out inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and driving corrective actions Coaching site teams and subcontractors to lift safety standards, not just enforcing them Working within a wider HSE function (6 Advisors reporting to an HSE Manager) Projects & Structure Mix of multi-storey residential, commercial office and some retail builds HSE team split regionally (Sunny Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast) to keep travel practical Strong pipeline of local work across Brisbane and surrounding areas You Experience as a site-based HSE Advisor within construction Background across commercial or multi-res projects preferred Trade background or hands-on construction exposure highly regarded Comfortable running your own site while working collaboratively with a wider team Strong communicator, with attitude and cultural fit key Cert IV WHS minimum Consultant gregor.devlin@coretalent.com.au Reference number: BH-25085-3 Profession:ConstructionHealth, Safety & Environment Company: Core Talent Date posted: 22nd Apr, 2026
