We are seeking a General Manager to take responsibility for leading day-to-day business operations, driving sales growth across multiple regions, coordinating installation and service activities and supporting strategic market expansion. This role blends operational leadership, sales management, technical oversight and client relationship management to ensure strong commercial performance and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient and effective performance. • Manage internal workflows, project coordination, and service delivery standards. • Drive sales growth and execute revenue strategies across multiple regions. • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities. • Take direct ownership of sales performance within core regions. • Lead scheduling and coordination of machinery installations and service works. • Ensure effective allocation of technical resources and personnel. • Coordinate installation timelines with customers, contractors, and internal teams. • Monitor project progress to ensure on-time and successful completion. • Work closely with technical teams to resolve installation issues and equipment breakdowns. • Liaise with international manufacturing partners on technical support and troubleshooting. • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational and technical issues. • Manage client relationships throughout installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. • Ensure customer expectations are met regarding timelines, technical outcomes, and service quality. • Develop and implement strategies for expansion into new regional markets. • Identify new distribution opportunities, partnerships, and customer channels. • Report on sales performance, operational metrics, and growth initiatives. Candidate Requirements Proven leadership experience in operational and commercial management roles. • Strong sales management and business development background. • Experience coordinating installations, service operations, or technical projects. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to liaise effectively with international manufacturers and technical teams. • Strong organisational, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience within machinery, manufacturing, CNC, or industrial equipment sectors preferred.
