Our client is recognised for its expertise in managing retail, office, industrial, and social infrastructure assets, with a commitment to partnership, innovation, and sustainable growth. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in retail property management, responsible for day-to-day centre operations, tenant relationships, and financial performance. Reporting to the Hub Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting centre management, driving tenant engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires a proactive approach to financial budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder management, with a focus on both immediate operational needs and long-term centre strategy. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high standards of service, drive income opportunities, and uphold the company's values and culture.
