As a Senior Engineer Collaboration Services, you’ll help design, evolve and support the enterprise collaboration platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 services (Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint Online, Exchange and Microsoft Teams) Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of solutions within the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring high standards of service and user experience. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Troubleshooting and Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide advanced support for complex issues within the M365 and Power Platform services. Key Skills / Experience: Expertise in M365 Services: Designing, engineering and supporting enterprise collaboration services, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and Copilot Experience working across service delivery operations and complex infrastructure environments, contributing to service strategy, roadmaps and operational readiness Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
