Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team delivering the Clean Energy Link North (CELN) Project . CELN is a landmark transmission project designed to strengthen Western Australia's power network through the construction of substations, transmission lines and supporting electrical infrastructure. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on a long-term project that will support WA's transition to renewable energy. About the Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising electrical crews and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications and quality requirements. Roster: 2:1 DIDO roster 10.5 hour days Location: Eneabba, WA Duration: 12 month project with the opportunity to transition to other projects within the Genus business upon completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews onsite Drive a strong safety and compliance culture Coordinate daily electrical activities and work fronts Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and site stakeholders Monitor progress, quality and productivity onsite Support planning and delivery outcomes across the electrical scope About You To be successful in this role, you will have: WA Electrical Licence Previous experience supervising electrical crews on infrastructure, substation, transmission or large-scale construction projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation White Card Western Power experience highly regarded but not essential What's on Offer Opportunity to work on critical WA energy infrastructure Supportive and experienced project team Long-term project pipeline across WA Company vehicle provided for site-related work purposes only Ongoing career opportunities within the Genus business following project completion Why Genus?
