About the business Based in Croydon, Blackwork Café is a concept restaurant and cafe that endeavours to offer modern Australian and Asian fusion cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. We are currently hiring a Sous Chef with previous experience in Asian fusion cuisine. About the role The role is required to work approximately 40 hours a week. Main duties include assisting with daily service, preparation of ingredients, maintaining par levels and assisting Head Chef with managing kitchen staff. Working hours will be 5 days a week on a rotating roster. Weekend availability is a must.
