Technology Program Coordinator Melbourne CBD | Hybrid (3 days onsite) 6-Month Contract The Role We're working with a growing organisation undergoing a significant uplift across its technology function. They've built a strong, multi-disciplinary team across IT, data, engineering, operations, and cyber, and are now looking to introduce greater structure, alignment, and delivery discipline. This role will act as the central coordination point across the technology team, bringing clarity to planning, improving delivery cadence, and ensuring work is aligned and visible across the function. What You'll Be Doing Design and embed delivery rhythms (sprints, quarterly planning, prioritisation sessions) Coordinate multiple workstreams across IT, Data, Cyber and Engineering teams Improve alignment, visibility, and accountability across the portfolio Own and optimise Jira and Confluence as the core delivery tools Build dashboards, workflows, and automation to streamline reporting Translate delivery progress and risks into clear, structured updates for leadership Support prioritisation and capacity planning across a mix of project and BAU work Provide a technology-aware lens on delivery timelines and feasibility What We're Looking For Background as a Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Delivery Coordinator or Project Coordinator in a tech environment Experience working across multiple teams or workstreams Strong, hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence (setup, dashboards, optimisation) Experience establishing or uplifting delivery cadence and team operating rhythm Ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority Strong communication, able to distil complex delivery into clear, executive-level insights Exposure to technology environments (IT, data, cloud, cyber or engineering) What Will Set You Apart Experience helping teams move from low structure to well-defined delivery models Strong understanding of prioritisation, capacity, and delivery trade-offs Ability to operate effectively in growing or evolving environments A pragmatic, low-ego approach focused on making things work The Environment Collaborative, technically strong team with multiple disciplines Mix of internal capability and specialist external partners Low-ego, delivery-focused culture A real opportunity to introduce structure and influence how the function operates Why This Role Play a key role in shaping how a technology team delivers at scale High visibility across leadership Genuine opportunity to make a measurable impact quickly Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
