About the Role We're seeking a Planning Analytics Developer to design, build, and optimise IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high performing solutions and continuously improve planning and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes Build and enhance dashboards and reports using PAW and PAfE Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes Develop financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce planning) Manage TM1 security, access, and data governance Design and maintain data integrations (ERP, data warehouse, etc.) Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation Provide stakeholder support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance Identify and implement system and performance improvements About You You are an analytical and solutions focused Planning Analytics Developer with 3-7 years of IBM TM1 experience.
