We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to support the compliance team with a well-regarded industry superfund. This is an immediate requirement - short term, 3 month engagement to support the team with incidents and breach assessments. Responsibilities will include: management of incidents including investigations, reporting to regulators and remediation activities Assessing whether matters are reportable, investigating root cause and identifying control gaps Incident assessment and closure activities Identifying control gaps and analysis for systemic or repeat incidents Interpreting relevant legislation, policy and disclosure obligations Preparing findings, observations and recommendations The ideal candidate will have: Circa 5-8 years experience in risk and compliance with demonstrated exposure to managing breaches and incidents Ideal: Background in superannuation, however, insurance or banking would also be considered Hands on a delivery focused and able to work through volume Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail to assess incidents and breaches Strong interpersonal and written skills Please send your resume to jerin@pxresources.com.au or apply by following the prompts.
