We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nursing Support Workers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong clinical understanding who enjoy combining their healthcare skills with meaningful, relationship-based support. About the Role As a Nursing Support Worker, you will work alongside our multidisciplinary team, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Service Coordinators, and Allied Health professionals, to deliver high-quality supports tailored to each participant's needs. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering person-centred support in accordance with individual care plans and goals. Assisting participants with personal care, mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living. Supporting participants with medication administration and monitoring in line with organisational policies and delegated authority. Observing and reporting changes in participant health, wellbeing, and behaviour to the clinical and service teams. Supporting participants with community access, appointments, and social engagement activities. Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes, incident reports, and other required documentation. Promoting participant choice, dignity, independence, and inclusion at all times. Working collaboratively to ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, quality systems, and workplace health and safety requirements. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Allied Health Assistance, or a related qualification (essential). Assistant in Nursing (AIN) qualification or nursing studies (highly regarded). Experience supporting people with disability, complex care needs, or high-intensity supports. Demonstrated understanding of person-centred and active support principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation and report-writing abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, and public holidays as required. Essential Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Current Working with Children Check (where applicable). Current First Aid and CPR Certificates. Current Medication Administration competency (or willingness to obtain).
