Our client is a well-established leader in the manufacture of high-quality metal components and general machining, with over 30 years of industry experience. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join their expanding team. What You’ll Be Doing: Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines Working across CNC lathes and milling machines (including 3-axis machining) Interpreting technical drawings to produce precision components Performing machine setup, adjustments, and loading programs Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives Collaborating within a supportive and experienced team environment What We’re Looking For: Proven experience programming and operating CNC machinery Strong experience with 3-axis milling and/or machining centres (highly regarded) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience setting up, adjusting, and running CNC machines independently Background in a manufacturing or machining environment Exposure to CNC lathes and/or milling machines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable team player with good communication skills Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (essential) Availability to work full-time hours (5 days per week) If you meet the above criteria and are ready to contribute to a reputable and growing business, APPLY NOW!
