The Role As Centre Director, you will provide overall leadership of the service with responsibility for team performance, quality outcomes, compliance, occupancy, and operational success. This leadership position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children, families, and educators. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop educators and leadership team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture. Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, centre performance, rosters, occupancy, and utilisation while maintaining strong operational standards and efficient systems. Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, National Quality Framework standards, and organisational policies while driving continuous improvement and service excellence. Financial and Commercial Performance: Support budget management, occupancy growth, utilisation targets, and overall centre performance outcomes. Family and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and the local community, creating a welcoming environment and maintaining a positive service reputation. You will be supported by experienced operational leaders and dedicated support functions, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality, and centre performance.
