The Perks: Salary package up to $85k PLUS leasing and new business commissions Monday to Friday role – enjoy your weekends Direct mentorship from an experienced Commercial Property Manager Diverse portfolio of commercial assets Long-term career progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Career progression with a respected, high-performing agency The Role: Manage a portfolio of 50 commercial tenancies end-to-end Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor liaisons Conduct property inspections and ensure strict lease compliance Execute lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management Support the Commercial PM leader with daily portfolio operations The Person: Up to 6 months previous experience within Commercial real estate is preferred however not essential Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Strong understanding of commercial tenancy processes Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills About the company Join a well-established and highly respected real estate brand with a powerful presence in the commercial & residential sector.
