As the business continues to grow, they're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional with experience in international export logistics, supply chain coordination and customer service to play a key role in ensuring the seamless movement of products to customers around the world. Location: This position is based at our French's Forest office on Sydney's Northern Beaches and is fully office-based. Responsibilities Coordinating, preparing shipment with shipping line and/or forwarding agents Liaising with customer, supplier, transport & shipping company with regards to loading & booking orders Understand of documentation flow, export procedure, insurance and trade terms Maintain applicable internal spreadsheets for workflows Preparing of exporting documentation Creation of export documents including invoices, packing list, insurance certificates, certificates of origin, health certificates, halal certificates, bill of lading and others relevant documents. Assist in resolving documentation or logistics issues quickly and professionally Ensure compliance with Department of Agriculture, customs and international trade regulations Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and organisation skills Must have Permanent Residency or Citizenship Previous experience with IMPEX or other export software would be an advantage.
