The opportunity Here’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to manage delivery outcomes on disaster recovery projects. Working with a regional NSW council, you will ensure project decisions are well-informed and manage scope impacts, support risk understanding, and maintain documentation of approved changes to scope, budget and program. Here’s what you will need You will be an experienced Project Manager who'll bring demonstrated capability in civil project delivery, including: Experience managing Category B Disaster Recovery programs and navigating NSW Reconstruction Authority (NSWRA) funding compliance and guidelines. Proven background delivering diverse civil works, including large-scale pavement restorations, stormwater culverts, waterway embankment slips, bridges, and causeway replacements. Ability to act as the Principal's Authorised Person / Contract Superintendent’s representative under GC21 and MW21 contract frameworks. Competence drafting procurement plans, leading tender evaluations, and leveraging council and state panel contracts.
