We are currently supporting a well-established, purpose-built clinic in Maryborough, QLD, seeking an experienced FRACGP-qualified GP to provide remote supervision to non-VR doctors under approved supervision pathways. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior GP seeking flexible supervisory work without relocation, while contributing meaningfully to workforce development in regional Queensland. The Opportunity We are seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP) eligible for Level 3 supervision, to provide structured remote clinical oversight and mentorship to non-VR GPs. This role offers: Flexible remote engagement - 2 days in clinic 12-month secure contract with extension potential Attractive supervision remuneration Support from an established on-site nursing and administrative team Opportunity to contribute to regional workforce development Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision in accordance with RACGP / AHPRA supervision requirements Conduct case reviews and structured mentoring sessions Support clinical governance, quality assurance and risk management Review complex cases and provide escalation pathways where required Assist supervisees with exam preparation and professional development Maintain compliance with Medicare billing, documentation and best-practice standards About the Practice Modern, purpose-built facility Established patient base Full-time nursing and administrative support High patient demand across general and procedural presentations Strong community presence within the Fraser Coast region The clinic also offers an on-site VR GP workforce, ensuring collaborative clinical oversight alongside your remote supervisory support.
