We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic staff for a variety of hospitality roles, including Food & Beverage Attendants, Bar Attendants, Baristas, Wine Selectors, Kitchen Hands, Dish Hands, and Team Leaders . These opportunities may vary week to week and are ideal for individuals seeking flexible work with reputable clients. Shifts will be offered subject to event requirements, with updates provided as schedules are confirmed. Responsibilities Food & Beverage Attendant Provides friendly, efficient service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Bar Attendant Prepares and serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, with a good understanding of common spirits and mixer, while maintaining a clean bar area and delivering excellent customer service. Barista Prepares high quality coffee and beverages, offering consistent service while maintaining coffeee quipment and presentation standards. Wine Selector Assists guests with wine selections by offering knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring wine service meets venue standards. Kitchen Hand/Dish Hand Supports kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Team Leader Oversees daily operations, supports and guides team members, and ensures service standards are consistently met. Your Profile Valid RSA and Food Handler Cert (Essential) Experienced in 3-Plate Carry and Drink Tray Handling Previous experience in premium events, 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality setting is highly regarded Strong communication and interpersonal skills Impeccable Grooming & Appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellence Contact We are hosting interview sessions regularly.
