With a team full of qualified and experienced professionals, we provide a range of expert services across the building and construction industry, all of which makes sure you have the security of your investment. 1 x Carpenter: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Carpenter to play a vital role in delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring precision and maintaining safety standards across the following tasks: Analysing blueprints and specifications to identify the materials, measurements, and installation steps needed. Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber, plywood and other materials for building projects. Construct and install wall frames, roof frames, floors, subfloors and other structural components. Install doors, windows, skirting boards, cladding and other internal and external fittings. Carry out repairs, maintenance and renovation work on existing timber structures and fixtures. Build and fit cabinets, shelves, partitions and custom timber fittings as required. Operate hand tools, power tools and woodworking machines safely and efficiently. Check completed structures and fittings to ensure they are level, secure and built to specifications. Potentially prepare and install concrete formwork and support structures when required for construction projects. Select, order and organise timber, hardware and other building materials needed for each project. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and work closely with supervisors and other tradespeople on site. 1 x Plasterer: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Plasterer to be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying plaster and decorative finishes, repairing existing plasterwork in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements acorss the following tasks: Reading and interpreting architectural & engineering drawings to ensure the finish of formed surfaces match the required specifications; Analyzing and determining plasterboard layout, including the installation of insulation and vapor barriers; Measuring, marking, and cutting plasterboard to precise specifications; Lifting and positioning plasterboard panels accurately, securing them to walls, ceilings and battens; Preparing and affixing corner beads securing them in place; Installing pre-cast cornices, panel moldings, ceiling centers, and other plaster fittings; Concealing joints and nail holes with wet plaster and sealing compounds, achieving a smooth finish using wet brushes and sandpaper; Mixing and applying layers of plaster, cement, and render to structures using trowels, ensuring uniformity of thickness; Plumbing and straightening corners, angles, and surfaces of walls and ceilings; Crafting decorative textures in finishing coats for aesthetic appeal; Applying and refining acoustic, insulating, and fireproofing materials bonded with plaster, plastic cement, and similar substances. About The Candidate: The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III or relevant higher degree qualifications in related fields with 2 years of experience in a similar role. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
