The Role Commencing 22nd June for an initial 6-week contract (Ongoing, please still apply if you cannot manage these dates) Acute, Residential Aged Care & Urgent Care Ward Nurse In-Charge responsibilities ALS Certification required Up to $80/hour shift penalties Accommodation and travel fully included About You To be successful, you will have: Previous experience working in rural, Aged , acute , urgent care, emergency, or mixed ward environments Confidence taking charge of a shift and leading junior staff Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team Highly Desirable ⭐ Previous Clinical Educator, Clinical Facilitator, Preceptor or Graduate Nurse support experience ⭐ Experience delivering education sessions, competency assessments, or staff mentoring ⭐ Interest in future Clinical Educator contract opportunities Why Apply?
