About the position: Our client is looking for multiple Practice Managers to support clinics across their group. Roles are available on a full-time and part-time basis and suit varying experience levels—from coordinators ready to step up, through to experienced managers who thrive in busy, patient-focused environments. These are office and reception-based positions where you’ll take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, patient experience, and clinic performance. A key part of your impact will be building the clinic: strengthening front-of-house systems, improving workflows, supporting clinician schedules, and maintaining exceptional compliance and infection control standards. The clinics typically provide a broad range of treatments such as general dentistry, emergency appointments, crowns and bridges, composite fillings, extractions, teeth whitening, and root canal therapy—so experience managing high-volume diaries and complex bookings is highly regarded.
