We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Dogman to join our workforce across a range of major construction, civil, infrastructure, and industrial projects. With short-term and ongoing project opportunities, we are looking for reliable candidates who can work effectively alongside crane operators, riggers, supervisors, and site crews to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations. FIFO, DIDO and local opportunities available Competitive hourly rates from $42.00 per hour Role Duties: Sling, secure and inspect loads prior to lifting Direct crane operators using approved hand and radio signals Inspect lifting gear and accessories Coordinate tower crane lifts, structural steel installation, general housekeeping and manual handling duties Requirements: White Card High Risk Work License- DG (Dogging) Unrestricted WA Driver's License High Risk Work License - RI, RA, RB (DESIRABLE) Previous experience working within commercial construction projects Experience working with tower cranes The successful candidates must have strong communication skills, excellent awareness of surroundings, and ability to work effectively within teams.
