Our client, Moranbah Community Workers Club Inc, is seeking experienced hospitality professionals or strong supervisory candidates who are ready to step into leadership roles as Restaurant Managers, supported by an experienced management team and clear career progression pathways. Key Responsibilities: Restaurant Managers will play an active role in the daily operations of the club and contribute to overall management functions. Responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff Supervising daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and bottleshop areas Ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations within a busy club environment Overseeing staff performance and service standards Managing cash handling and operational compliance procedures Maintaining a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment Working closely with senior management to support operational goals and improvements Requirements Minimum 3 years hospitality management or supervisory experience Proven experience leading teams in a hospitality environment Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or ability to obtain Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification or ability to obtain RMLV certification is preferred but not essential Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts About You Restaurant Managers are hands-on leaders who demonstrate strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
