Lead Educator | Kawana Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our Nursery team in a permanent part-time role (Monday–Friday). You will lead engaging, play-based learning experiences, support educator development, and build strong relationships with families in a safe, inclusive, and high-quality early learning environment. About Kawana: Our 151-place, two-building service offers a warm, community-focused environment with 9 rooms and 6 outdoor playgrounds designed for exploration and discovery.
