Job Details In this role, you will work under supervision, gaining hands-on experience while supporting tradespeople. Your key responsibilities include: Dismantling and assembling turbochargers, including inspection of components Servicing and repairing turbocharger components, which may involve machining, drilling, painting, sandblasting, and hot washing Performing rigging of turbocharger components Ensuring full compliance with Accelleron’s health, safety, and environmental policies Contributing to safety performance targets, including achieving zero lost-time incidents (LTIs) Following maintenance operation workflows with 100% compliance at all times Benefits Full-time contract with annual and personal leave benefits Paid weekly for steady earnings Access to personalised 1:1 mentoring Opportunity to access Government support payments of up to a total of $2500 for the first two years of your apprenticeship paid in four instalments About You We are seeking a mechanically minded individual with a genuine interest in the trade.
