The Position An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Financial Analyst to join a high-performing finance team on an initial 6-month contract. You will play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insights, supporting treasury and cash flow activities, and partnering with operational stakeholders to drive business performance. This role offers a strong blend of financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and strategic decision support within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes Develop financial models, business cases and profitability analysis Prepare management reporting and performance dashboards Provide commercial insights, commentary and recommendations to key stakeholders Assist with treasury activities including cash management Prepare and maintain short and long-term cash flow forecasts Analyse working capital performance and identify cash flow improvement opportunities Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting and processes Partner with operational leaders to support strategic and day-to-day decision making Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting requests and business improvement initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion Previous experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering Demonstrated experience with treasury, working capital and cash flow forecasting Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capability Experience with Power BI, SAP or similar ERP/reporting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial outcomes What's On Offer?
