As the Queensland Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, preparing quotations and cost estimates, presenting technical solutions, and managing opportunities through to completion. What will you do? Drive sales growth and market share across your territory. Manage and grow an established network of distributors and reseller partners. Develop opportunities with end users, contractors, consultants and OEMs to generate demand and support channel growth. Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Provide technical product advice and solution-based recommendations. Prepare quotations, negotiate opportunities and close sales. Deliver sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. Monitor market activity and contribute to territory growth strategies. What will you need? Proven experience in technical B2B sales. Strong understanding of pump applications, fluid handling systems and associated industrial equipment. A track record of developing new business, growing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and relationship-building capability. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (highly regarded). Full Australian driving licence & work rights without requiring sponsorship.
