The organisation has identified a lack of process standardisation, duplication of effort, unclear ownership and unnecessary activities that create limited value for customers. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Lead to assess current-state processes, identify waste and redesign future-state operating models that improve efficiency, responsiveness and customer outcomes. This is a highly visible engagement with sponsorship from executive leadership and direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead Lean-based process improvement initiatives across customer-facing and operational functions. Facilitate workshops with frontline teams and business stakeholders to understand current ways of working. Conduct current-state ("as-is") process mapping and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication and non-value-adding activities. Analyse customer journeys and service delivery processes to identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation. Design future-state ("to-be") processes focused on improved customer outcomes, service speed and operational efficiency. Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, reduce unnecessary process steps and improve flow across service delivery functions. Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps for process transformation initiatives. Support change adoption by engaging stakeholders throughout the review and redesign process. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and transformation stakeholders. About You Proven experience delivering Lean process improvement or operational excellence initiatives. Strong understanding of Lean methodology and practical application in complex business environments. Demonstrated experience leading process transformation projects from discovery through to recommendations and future-state design. Comfortable engaging with frontline operational teams as well as executive stakeholders. Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping and identifying opportunities for standardisation and simplification. Ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive discussions around value creation and waste elimination. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is advantageous What’s a Rich Text element?
