You'll be joining a subsidiary of a major ASX-listed conglomerate at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. With a portfolio of high-impact programs running simultaneously, you'll have the kind of work that actually moves the needle: modernising platforms, integrating newly acquired businesses, and reshaping how the organisation operates from the warehouse floor to the digital storefront. What You'll Be Working On You'll embed with the Architecture team and take ownership across a diverse and genuinely exciting program of work, including: HR Transformation – driving an enterprise-wide people systems overhaul Warehouse Management Modernisation – contributing to a major transformation program rolling out new tooling across operations E-Commerce Evolution – helping modernise the digital customer experience Merger Integration – supporting the integration of two newly acquired companies into the group Data Lake Program – working on foundational data infrastructure that will underpin the business for years to come What We're Looking For You're an experienced BA who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You're confident walking into a room full of senior stakeholders, asking the right questions, and translating ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements. You'll bring: 4 years of Business Analysis experience across large-scale technology programs Exposure to CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms — you understand how complex systems connect Comfort working in both Agile and Waterfall environments (and knowing when to use which) A background in retail or a similarly fast-paced, product-rich environment is highly regarded Strong cross-functional engagement skills — you can work across business, tech, and leadership without getting lost in translation Clear, confident communication — written, verbal, and everything in between The gravitas and self-direction to operate independently and influence without authority The Setup Location: Sydney CBD Employment type: Permanent, full-time Start: Immediate availability preferred If you're a BA who wants to do meaningful work, build strong relationships across a business that's genuinely investing in its future, and grow your career in an environment that values expertise — this is worth a conversation. Just double-click and easily create content. Static and dynamic content editing A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila! How to customize formatting for each rich text Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
