Project Services Sydney Contract 12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension Upto $1,040 p/d 2 days per week on-site in Sydney A large enterprise is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own application onboarding across their Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability. This is a well-established program with real volume: 35 engagements planned for the quarter spanning SSO, lifecycle management, privileged access, and CyberArk integrations. You will be the bridge between cyber security engineering, business customers, and external partners. There is a structured handover from the outgoing PM, established tooling, and a finance controller to support on estimations and pipeline. What they need is someone who can run at pace, manage competing priorities without friction, and keep stakeholders aligned across a high-demand environment. Logistics 12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site in Sydney Start date ASAP Rate: up to $1,040 per day One-round interview process Requirements Solid PM experience in a cyber security or IT environment across complex, multi-stakeholder programs Working knowledge of IAM concepts across LCM, SSO, RBAC, PAM, and access reviews Familiarity with CyberArk and SailPoint IIQ or comparable platforms highly regarded Demonstrated financial acumen: estimation, budgeting, approvals, and actuals tracking Experience managing mixed delivery teams including contractors and third-party vendors Strong communication and negotiation skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences Maturity to handle a high-escalation environment with calm and professionalism Responsibilities Drive end-to-end delivery of application onboarding across IAM services including LCM, SSO, RBAC, PAM, and User Access Reviews Manage a continuous pipeline of onboarding engagements across multiple concurrent workstreams Own cost estimations, financial approvals, and tracking spend against forecast Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, managing expectations and resolving escalations Coordinate mixed delivery teams of internal staff, contractors, and engineering partners Sit in on architecture workshops to inform scope, planning, and stakeholder communications Negotiate on scope, timelines, and cost with internal stakeholders and external vendors Sound like you?
