Manage rosters with care and attention, balancing client requirements, carer availability, and travel across the community. Oversee care plans, HCP budgets, documentation, and client reviews, with the opportunity to stay close to service delivery through in-home visits. Comfort with rostering, documentation, care plans, and client relationships is key to success in this role. A Cert III in Individual Support or Community Services, or a similar qualification, along with a full driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and the right to work in Australia, will be required.
