16th June, 2026 Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established global business servicing the heavy vehicle and transport industries. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start available. The role would suit someone with strong warehousing experience who is confident coordinating receivables/freight inwards operations, while still being hands-on and supporting a small team day to day. Warehouse Team Leader – Receivables Kewdale Location Monday to Friday | Occasional Saturday OT paid at penalties $80,000 – $85,000 Super Bonuses Permanent, Full-Time Position What will the role see you responsible for? Working within the receivables/freight inwards area, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth flow of incoming stock while leading a small team of 2–3 people. Key duties will include: Leading and supporting the receivables team with daily warehouse operations Coordinating incoming freight, stock receipting and put-away processes Checking, labelling and allocating parts to the correct warehouse locations Using internal systems, including MoPro, to assist with receivables and stock management Monitoring workflow and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Identifying and resolving stock or receivables issues as they arise Supporting training, safe work practices and general housekeeping within the area Assisting with hands-on warehouse duties, including forklift operation, as required What do you require to be successful for this position? Previous warehouse team leading, supervisory or senior storeperson experience Strong proven experience within receivables, freight inwards or inventory control Good computer literacy and confidence using stock controlling software (previous MoPro experience advantageous) Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide team members, maintain standards and promote safe, efficient warehouse practices Current forklift licence Full Australian working rights Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol assessment What’s in it for you?
