The organisation is known for its focus on transformation, innovation, and supply chain optimisation within a highly competitive global industry The Role This role is located at the organisation’s flagship site where you will develop, lead and manage a large QA function to support the business to achieve its operational and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include: Lead the QA function and maintain an effective, compliant Quality Management System Establish an efficient QA operating model, structure, and governance framework Ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory, statutory, and industry requirements Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Your Background To be successful in this role you will have significant experience as a QA Manager within a high risk food manufacturing environment. In addition you will be Tertiary qualified in Food Science, Microbiology or related fields. Experience in high growth organisation that operate in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated experience in QA systems and processes to consistently meet standards. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
