The Client Our client, are a market leader within their industry, with a 14 month contract available for a highly driven and experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities will include: Maintain strong financial controls, accounting policies and compliance with reporting standards. Oversee month-end close, balance sheet integrity, audit requirements and financial reporting accuracy. Lead monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units. Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and profitability. Develop financial models, forecasts and cash flow analysis to inform business performance and planning. Partner with operational leaders to drive accountability, improve financial performance and support business outcomes. Lead and develop a small finance team while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting. Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing commercial support across a complex, multi-site organisation. The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate: Post graduate and professional accounting membership in a recognised Chartership. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum five years experience in accounting Minimum three years in a similar role to this position description Significant experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
