An exciting opportunity now exists for a Territory Manager to drive growth across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding an established territory, strengthening existing channel partnerships and identifying new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue. This role will suit a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys operating across a diverse customer base. One day you may be presenting solutions to procurement teams, senior stakeholders or government representatives, while the next you could be working alongside distributors, industrial operators or technical end users. Success in this role requires both strong relationship-building capability and the technical aptitude to confidently understand and communicate product solutions. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales and margin targets. Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs and key end users. Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities through CRM. Deliver product demonstrations, training and support to customers and channel partners. Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial recommendations. Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback. Attend industry events, trade shows and customer meetings across the region. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. Act as the face of the business throughout VIC, TAS and SA. About You - To be successful, you will possess: Minimum 5 years' experience in a field-based B2B sales role. Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills. Experience managing distributors, channel partners or dealer networks is highly regarded. Demonstrated success in both account management and new business development. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate product solutions. Comfortable engaging with both corporate decision-makers in formal sales environments and customers operating in more hands-on industrial settings. Able to adapt your communication style to suit executives, procurement teams, technical specialists and end users. Strong commercial acumen and territory planning capability.
