We're seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a significant business transformation program focused on operating model optimisation, efficiency improvements, and strategic cost-out initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to assess current business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive transformational change across the organisation. Success will require a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives from planning through to delivery Review and optimise operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness Develop and drive cost-out strategies and business improvement initiatives Partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to define and deliver transformation outcomes Manage complex stakeholder groups and build alignment across the business Establish governance, reporting, and program delivery frameworks About You Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programs Strong background delivering operating model reviews and cost optimisation initiatives Experience developing business cases and quantifying transformation benefits Exceptional executive stakeholder management and influencing skills Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program leadership Approachable, collaborative, and highly effective in navigating complex organisations If you've successfully delivered operating model and business transformation programs and thrive in executive-facing environments, we'd love to hear from you.
