This is an opportunity to step into a role that sits at the intersection of interior design and showroom sales, translating high-end design visions into custom solutions. Bring your experience in design or high-end retail and an eye for technical detail to consult on projects from first consultation through to specification and delivery. The ideal person for this role will have excellent customer service skills and understand the importance of the client experience, whilst also brining a sound understanding of interior design practices. Key Responsibilities Lead design consultations for retail and trade clients through showroom presentations and product education Manage end to end concept design proposals including finishes, layouts and product specifications that help clients make confident decisions Collaborate on the technical documentation of kitchens, wardrobes, and integrated furnishing systems Manage all administration across projects, including project pricing, ordering, project management and delivery & installation logistics Coordinate across internal teams both locally and internationally to ensure seamless client experience Maintain and grow client relationships through clear, design-led guidance that builds trust and elevates the showroom experience Site visits as required, including project briefing and site measurements Skills & Experience Proven experience in high-end retail or interior design, ideally within luxury product and client service environments Strong capability across technical documentation, with confidence translating ideas into technical outputs. Proficient in CAD (Vectorworks desirable but not essential) Competent with project administration and tracking systems, including CRM management Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to advise, interpret needs, and maintain detail under pressure.
