Job Description Position: APS6 Provider Engagement and Education Administrator Location: Canberra, ACT Start date: ASAP Duration: Approx. 12 months with potential to extend Pay rate: $67.24 per hour plus 12% super Clearance requirements: Baseline clearance preferred Overview Our Federal Government client is seeking an APS6 Provider Engagement and Education Administrator to support the delivery of provider engagement initiatives that improve service delivery and stakeholder outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will contribute to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, event coordination, and project support activities across a range of provider-focused programs. Responsibilities • Assist in the development and implementation of provider engagement strategies and plans. • Support the review, enhancement, and promotion of provider engagement frameworks across the organisation. • Coordinate consultations with professional bodies, peak organisations, and other key stakeholders to strengthen engagement and improve service outcomes. • Manage day-to-day communications and operational logistics for provider engagement activities. • Provide secretariat support for forums, consultation groups, and stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. • Maintain and enhance engagement resources and information-sharing platforms. • Support the planning and coordination of participation in national conferences, industry events, and stakeholder engagement activities. • Research, draft, and develop communication and engagement materials for internal and external audiences. • Coordinate involvement in provider-focused events, workshops, symposiums, and forums. • Provide project support for engagement initiatives and continuous improvement activities. • Manage incoming enquiries, ensuring timely responses or escalation where required. • Undertake additional duties as required to support engagement activities and organisational objectives. Experience/Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, or administrative support role. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes. • Well-developed research and writing skills, including experience preparing communication and engagement materials. • Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and build productive working relationships. • Experience providing administrative and logistical support for stakeholder engagement activities, forums, or events. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders. • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team. • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to work. • Demonstrated ability to support strategic objectives, achieve results, foster productive working relationships, display personal drive and integrity, and communicate with influence.
