A new role has opened up for an experienced Project Leader or Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years' experience. A talented professional who is capable of playing a key role in the delivery of premium multi-residential projects. Working closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams, you will lead projects through all phases, maintaining design integrity while ensuring successful project delivery. You will be responsible for: Leading luxury multi-residential projects from concept through to construction Developing and communicating project vision and design intent Managing client and consultant relationships Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams Producing and reviewing high-quality Revit documentation Resolving complex technical and construction challenges Developing bespoke architectural detailing and design solutions Contributing to studio design reviews and project strategy Skills & Experience Registered Architect qualification Minimum 10 years' postgraduate experience Proven experience delivering high-end multi-residential projects Strong design leadership and project management capability Revit proficiency Excellent technical documentation, detailing and construction knowledge Experience managing consultant coordination and stakeholder relationships Strong understanding of planning and approvals processes Exceptional communication and presentation skills Artistic background, creative practice, appreciation for art, design and culture A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach Permanent position with salary circa $120,000 plus Superannuation in accordance with your depth of experience.
