As our project pipeline expands, we are seeking an experienced and practical Project Manager to support the delivery of mining developments, infrastructure upgrades, and operational expansion projects across a diverse portfolio of client projects. About the Role Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager will act as the client-side representative responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and governance of mining projects including mine site developments, infrastructure upgrades, operational expansion projects. The role will manage the full project lifecycle - from concept development and scope definition through engineering coordination, procurement, construction oversight, commissioning and operational handover - ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and aligned with client objectives, operational requirements and contractual obligations. The role coordinates consultants, contractors, suppliers and operational stakeholders on behalf of the client while maintaining strong project governance, commercial oversight and risk management throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery across the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies and scope development through to commissioning and operational handover. Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, project schedules and budgets. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities delivered by consultants and contractors. Act as the primary client representative throughout project execution phases. Monitor project performance against approved scope, schedule and budget baselines. Manage project cost forecasting, financial reporting, project controls and risk management activities. Lead procurement and tender processes for contractors, consultants and specialist service providers. Review and manage contractor performance, progress claims, variations and contract changes. Coordinate project delivery activities within active mining operations and operational environments. Maintain project schedules, risk registers, action registers and reporting systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, contractors, consultants, regulators and other stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with client, company and regulatory requirements. Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and company management. About You Demonstrated experience managing capital projects within the mining, resources or infrastructure sectors. Proven experience delivering mine site developments, infrastructure upgrades and sustaining capital projects within operational mining environments. Experience working in a client-side or owner's team project management role. Strong contractor and consultant management capability, including procurement, contract administration and performance management. Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, cost control, forecasting and reporting. Strong understanding of project management, project governance and risk management principles. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and build effective working relationships. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability, with a practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery. High levels of accountability, professionalism and ownership for project delivery and client outcomes. Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, integrity and professionalism. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. Professional project management certification is advantageous. Current driver's licence. Construction White Card. WA Statutory Supervisor's Certificate is advantageous.
