Job Description: An established family-run mixed farming operation in WA’s Great Southern is looking for a committed and self-motivated Mixed Crop and Livestock Farm Worker to join the business in a full-time, ongoing position. Working alongside the owner, this is a practical, hands-on role within a progressive cropping program. The business operates a mixed enterprise, with approx. 3,500–3,700ha of cropping alongside a sheep enterprise. The farm runs a modern machinery fleet including John Deere and New Holland equipment. This role would suit someone looking to settle into a long-term position, become part of a local community, and take on more responsibility as the business evolves. About You: Previous broad acre cropping experience; Exposure to mixed farming systems; Highly regarded but not essential: Spray experience MC or truck licence Mechanical aptitude; Strong work ethic and initiative; Willingness to learn and take direction; Interest in long-term rural employment; Ability to work independently; Good communication skills.
