Role As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the site, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products to customers every day. You will provide leadership across food safety, HACCP, GMP, audit readiness, and quality systems, while working closely with Operations and the broader management team to foster a culture of excellence. The role offers plenty of variety—from leading customer and third-party audits, to developing people, improving systems, investigating quality issues, and implementing best-practice initiatives across the business. Requirements Proven experience in a senior Quality or QA Management role within food manufacturing. Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance. Experience leading customer, third-party, and regulatory audits with confidence.
