Payworx Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and confident Support Workers who specialise in mental health and justice‑related support. This role is ideal for workers who have supported participants with complex psychosocial needs, including individuals transitioning back into the community after release from correctional facilities. We are looking for Support Workers who can provide stability, structure, and respectful, non‑judgemental support to participants rebuilding their independence. About the Role You will provide person‑centred support to participants with mental health conditions and those with justice‑involved backgrounds. Your responsibilities may include: Daily living support Community access and reintegration Emotional regulation and behavioural support Building routines, independence, and life skills Supporting participants to engage safely with services, programs, and the community This role requires workers who are calm, consistent, and confident in complex environments.
