They offer a mature, flexible culture where senior staff are trusted to run projects and are backed by leadership The Role Step into a senior leadership position overseeing the delivery of civil design projects across urban development and infrastructure. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, maintain key client relationships, and play a central role in guiding technical direction and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone comfortable balancing delivery, people leadership and commercial outcomes The Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the design team, managing resources, workloads and project delivery to ensure client and project milestones are achieved. Oversee the delivery of civil design projects, providing technical leadership and utilising 12D/Civil 3D, DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD to maintain high-quality outcomes. Manage project budgets, invoicing, fee proposals and variations, ensuring strong commercial performance and client satisfaction. Build and maintain client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth. Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement through adherence to company systems, engineering standards and industry best practice.
