Blake Oliver Consulting is supporting a global consulting and technology firm in sourcing a Payroll Product Owner for a major enterprise banking environment. This role sits across HR technology, payroll systems and product ownership, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time and Leave, ServiceNow and related payroll solutions. The role will suit someone who has operated as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or HR Technology Lead across complex SAP SuccessFactors payroll environments, and is comfortable working across business, technology and vendor stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing product functionality, maintaining and prioritising the backlog, shaping the roadmap, leading requirements discussions, supporting testing and release activity, and ensuring the payroll platform continues to support business and employee needs. Responsibilities Own and manage payroll product functionality across SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology platforms Work with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time and Leave, Employee Central Payroll and ServiceNow related initiatives Manage the product backlog, roadmap and prioritisation of enhancements Coordinate testing, demos, release activity and implementation planning Work with technical teams to support platform health, troubleshooting and continuous improvement Balance strategic enhancements with ongoing production support Lead and develop configuration specialists and analysts where required Skills and Experience Strong background as a Payroll Product Owner, HR Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst Strong SAP SuccessFactors HCM experience, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Experience across Time and Leave is highly regarded Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle Experience working across SaaS product delivery, Agile delivery and release cycles Ability to write user stories and translate business requirements into technical solution requirements Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and prioritisation skills Experience working in large enterprise environments, ideally financial services or similarly complex organisations Why Apply?
