The Role: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for the senior sales team. This is a pure outbound prospecting role , focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the Australian real estate and property services market. You will act as the first point of contact in the sales cycle, responsible for building pipeline and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This is a true hunter role , not inbound, support, or service-based. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn Engage and qualify senior decision makers in Real Estate. Identify business challenges, triggers, and opportunities Book qualified meetings for Account Executives Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline of opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot or similar) Work closely with senior sales team to support pipeline conversion Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance About You: The ideal candidate will likely be: A high-performing SDR / BDR or inside sales professional Confident with outbound cold calling and multi-channel prospecting Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers Highly driven, competitive, and target-focused Resilient, persistent, and consistent in activity levels Energetic, self-motivated, and coachable Strong communicator with excellent rapport-building ability Experience within SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or B2B sales environments is highly regarded, but attitude, output, and hunger are the most important factors.
