Blake Oliver Consulting is supporting a global consulting and technology firm in appointing a Senior Tech Delivery Lead for a major banking client. This role is focused on delivery leadership across SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Compensation and Variable Pay, with a strong emphasis on build, testing, release management and Production Readiness Review activity. It is not a generic project coordination role. The requirement is for someone who understands SuccessFactors delivery, can manage onshore and offshore teams, and can keep delivery moving across configuration, integrations, testing, defects, risks and production readiness. Responsibilities Lead end to end delivery across SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation and Variable Pay Act as the key coordination point between onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery teams Own build, testing, release and Production Readiness Review activity Govern solution design, configuration, integrations and data migration Manage release planning, defect management, risks and delivery dependencies Work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads and architects Ensure delivery standards, governance and quality controls are followed Support multi country or global deployment activity where required Mentor offshore teams and support delivery capability uplift Skills and Experience 10 plus years overall IT experience, with strong SuccessFactors delivery exposure Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation and Variable Pay Strong understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, data models and integrations Experience with SAP CPI, PI or PO integration environments is highly regarded Hands on background across configuration, releases and production support Strong understanding of testing strategies, defect management and release governance Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholder engagement Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models Why Apply?
