Blake Oliver Consulting is supporting a global consulting and technology firm in sourcing a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Leave Consultant for a major enterprise banking program. This role is focused on Time Off, Time Tracking, work schedules and absence management within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The requirement is for someone who can work across design and configuration, but also understands the HR operations reality behind time, leave, attendance and payroll impacts. Responsibilities Lead functional solution design across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Leave Configure Time Off types, accrual rules, carry over logic and holiday calendars Configure Time Tracking profiles, day models, time types and recording variants Design work schedules, absence rules and time valuation logic Translate HR policy, awards, agreements and operational requirements into clear configuration Work with payroll and integration teams to manage downstream impacts Support design workshops, fit to standard sessions and configuration workbooks Support SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare activity Identify risks and resolve design, data or operational issues Advise HR, payroll, workforce planning and technology stakeholders Skills and Experience 8 plus years experience across SAP SuccessFactors or Core HR implementations Strong Employee Central experience, with deep exposure to Time Off and Time Tracking Experience delivering solutions across multiple locations and complex organisational structures Strong understanding of work schedules, holiday calendars, time valuation and attendance logic Experience with integration touchpoints into payroll and downstream systems Good understanding of leave administration, absence management and HR service delivery Ability to bridge HR policy intent with system configuration and user experience Strong documentation, workshop and stakeholder engagement skills SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification expected SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification is highly regarded Why Apply?
