Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Rail Engineering Surveyor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee survey delivery, guide teams, and ensure accurate, compliant data across all stages of rail infrastructure projects. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong experience in rail engineering surveying, backed by a relevant Surveying, Spatial, or Engineering qualification (or equivalent field experience). You will bring proven capability in: Leading survey teams and delivering complex rail projects Survey control networks, set out, and as-built verification Advanced survey software (TBC, Civil 3D, 12d, Topcon, etc.) Working with GNSS, total stations, scanning, and rail systems (GEDO desirable) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills You will also hold (or be willing to obtain): White Card and Driver’s Licence (Class C) Rail Category 3 Medical and ongoing compliance requirements First Aid / 4WD certification (or willingness to obtain) You’ll be comfortable working FIFO across Australia, managing high workloads, and leading teams in dynamic site environments.
