With a strong reputation for quality, safety and operational excellence, they continue to invest in their people and plant. Due to internal progression, they are now looking to appoint a Plant Manager to lead their Cairns operation, overseeing a well-established site with a long-tenured workforce. The Role In this role you will take full responsibility for the performance of the site, overseeing production, maintenance, safety and financial outcomes. You will lead a team of approximately 18 staff, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality operations across a two-shift manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people management, operational performance and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in managing budgets, driving cost control and supporting upcoming capital projects.
