We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Civil Plumber to join our clients team delivering a range of infrastructure and subdivision projects. Northside Brisbane This role is ideal for someone confident running small crews on site, leading by example, and ensuring civil plumbing works are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Leading and coordinating civil plumbing crews on site Installation of sewer, water, and stormwater infrastructure Setting out works including shooting levels, checking grades, and reading plans Installation of sewer and service metres and associated fittings Ensuring all works are installed to specification and compliant with standards Liaising with site supervisors, operators, and other trades Monitoring productivity, quality, and site safety Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, and civil construction works as required About You: Qualified plumber with strong civil plumbing experience Proven experience in a leading hand or supervisory role (or ready to step up) Confident using laser levels / dumpy levels to set and check heights and grades Strong ability to read and interpret civil plans and drawings Experience in sewer, water, and stormwater installations Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organised, and safety focused White Card (Construction Induction) essential What We Offer: Full-time, consistent work across a range of civil projects Opportunity to lead crews and take ownership of site delivery Supportive management and well-resourced projects Competitive pay rate aligned with experience and responsibility If you’re a skilled civil plumber ready to take the next step into a leadership role, we’d like to hear from you.
